GlobalDTCC is seeking Remote Customer Support Associates to assist our expanding client service team. We provide technology-driven financial and data solutions that help businesses operate securely and efficiently.
As a Remote Customer Support Associate, you’ll respond to customer inquiries by email, chat, and phone. This is a full-time work-from-home role with paid CRM software training and weekly pay.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with questions and basic account support
Document interactions using our CRM system
Escalate issues when needed and maintain clear communication
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Good communication and computer skills
Reliable internet and professional attitude
Customer service experience is helpful but not required
